    I think a ranch-style modular home is a good investment. Unlike mobile homes, they are build onsite and are more affordable than traditional houses. I think that if are considering this type of home, take time to find out about planning, cost, insurance, and design among others. I was interested in these types of houses when I saw an ad online.     There are a lot of advantage with doing a modular home over conventional, stick built homes. They've come a long ways over the years and are higher quality then stick building.
