In the construction of modular homes, buying a vacant lot is an important and complex decision to make. There are plenty of reasons to buy a parcel of land. If you buy an existing modular home, it s probably so you can live in it; but with land, you could plan the design or style of your own modular home. However a building lot also introduces a host of issues you don t normally face when buying a house.
